the company was redirected toward commercial retail rental property in 2004. The goal is
to establish retail frontage with reasonable rents that can afford the tenants the quiet
enjoyment necessary to achieve success in their individual business. Over time a mix of
businesses and owners is developed, that will compliment each other philosophically and
practically to mutually share in the mix of customers. Servicing customers and repeat

Four locations are the current mix of properties. A dual business site on East Sprague
in Spokane that is currently occupied by Barton Auto Detailing and Speedy Auto Glass.
The Mission Village Center, Plant Kids Day Care, Mane Attraction Beauty Salon, Dominos
Pizza, and the Mission Village Laundromat are at this location. In North Spokane, a single
tenant, Air Design Heating and Air Conditioning occupies the building on Francis Avenue.
The latest acquisition is the Professional Building in Deer Park. Edward Jones, Intertec
Consulting, Jay Lindh, Attorney at Law, Patti's Specialty Sewing, Krystalline Massage,
Therapeutic Massage, Casco Inc.,and the Quilting Lounge, Knittery Etc. all have suites in
